Dual Pass Reverse Osmosis based system for production of Ultrapure water.
RO membrane is a thin-film composite membrane consisting of three layers: a polyester support web, a microporous polysulfone interlayer, and an ultra-thin polyamide barrier layer on the top surface, with nominal pore size 0.02 micron
Conformation to USP, Eu. Pharma., MCA, IP and AAMI standard for dialysis.
The system comes along with CIP System
Tri-clover fittings and argon welding of permeate pipeline ensures proper water quality control including pyrogens, endotoxins etc.
Electropolished orbitally welded SS316 piping with roughness co-efficient 0.2-0.5 RA ensures prevention of biofilm formation.
Fully automatic system reduces direct human intervention
Skid mounted system
Provided with rotameter / flow transmitter.
Optional ORP Transmitter for saving the membrane from oxidation.
Optional SS316 Half-Jacketed Heat Sanitation System for sterilization.
